UPDATE: After a U.S. District Court in Rhode Island (case no. 25-00569-JJM-AEM), today ordered the administration to pay November’s SNAP benefits from a $6 billion fund Congress approved for that purpose, trump said he’ll distribute the $ w/the court’s guidance.

This afternoon, a U.S. District Court in Rhode Island ordered the administration to pay the November SNAP benefits from a contingency fund that Congress had approved for that purpose.
