Tues, 10/22, Micah Beckwith’s [FN1],reply to a question about the IndyStar included Beckwith trying to get James Briggs [FN2] “to go on Rob Kendall’s show” to debate “on air live, but he won’t do it. He keeps wussing out & runs “kinda pretty quick.” [FN3][FN4] 1/13
Beckwith has personal knowledge of the “wussing out” thing. In 2020, I was a far left candidate in the GOP primary. [FN5] On 2/1/20, Beckwith tagged me on (then-) Twitter w/a snotty insult & never disputed my inference that it was a challenge to debate. [FN6] 2/13
Beckwith brags about his debate skills. [FN7] On “the campaign trail,” Beckwith agreed that we arrange time, place & topics. [FN8] After that: “crickets,” and not as an aspect of entomology. On 4/13/21, in a supposed debate on “Mouthwash,” Beckwith was offended. [FN9] 3/13
Now Beckwith wants to debate a writer for the IndyStar. James Briggs issued no such challenge & nothing I’ve read suggests Mr Briggs has prior experience in debate or public speaking. Two reasons Beckwith wants to debate on Kendall’s show: 4/13
bias favorable to Beckwith (i.e., not a level playing field) & Kendall is Beckwith’s intellectual equal. [FN10] If Nov 5's elections are a trial for freedom, would-be executioners, like Beckwith, should be challenged. I say to Beckwith: debate me. [FN11] Otherwise STFU. [FN12] 5/13
Beckwith’s not very bright & wants power. I return to Beckwith’s chiding other for “wussing” out, and a comparison. Hitler had only one testicle. Beckwith is such a coward, I doubt he has any. Remember to follow Cassie Jackson on Facebook. #BrainsNotBraun 6/13

FN9. “Mouthwash,” 4/13/21; Beckwith spoke for about 3 minutes w/o my interrupting. A few seconds after I began to speak, I had to rebuke Beckwith for trying to interrupt me. Bullies do not like people who stand up for themselves. 12/13

FN10. I mean this quite sincerely.
FN11. For a topic, how about “Resolved: the United States was founded as a Christian nation”? Each side has short constructive speeches, chance for cross-ex and rebuttal. The details are simple. 13/13
