If you vote for Braun (GOP) for Gov, you vote for Beckwith for Lt Gov
Indiana’s Governor is elected every four years, the same as the President. Each candidate for Governor is on the same “ticket” as her or his running mate for Lt Gov. 1/11

To repeat: a vote for Braun (GOP) for Gov is a vote for Beckwith for Lt Gov
Just like Pres/VP, Hoosier voters cannot “split the ticket” and vote only for one party’s candidate for Gov & another party’s candidate for Lt Gov. 2/11

So there are no doubts, Braun is in his 70s & Beckwith’s much younger.
In bad news for Braun, IN’s life expectancy has dropped since the mid-1990s. [FN1] That’s bad news for the rest of us IF Braun/Beckwith wins, because Beckwith could succeed Braun. 3/11

To be clear: IN Lt Gov has moved up 20% in our history
Michael Leppert notes of “49 lieutenant governors in Indiana history ... [10] ascended to the office of governor to fill a vacancy before a governor’s term ended.” [FN2] 4/11

It gets worse:
10/17/24, Beckwith: “We do not want multiculturalism, we want assimilation into the American way of life, and if you will not do that, then you do not belong here, so we are going to find you and we are going to remove you.” [FN3] 5/11

Beckwith’s no authority on “the American way of life.” Take “alien” things out of our culture & we’ll only eat sugar cream pie [FN4] chased down by a big glass of our State beverage: water. [FN5] The pie’d get boring. Water straight out of White River might kill you. [FN6] 6/11

Here are your choices.
Braun/Beckwith: Braun is joined to Beckwith, the face of this iteration of the GOP & who harkens back to the past. [FN7] Don’t like fascists? 7/11

Democratic Party ticket of McCormick/Goodin is not very exciting, but none of their supporters march around in jackboots. Want to make a statement, philosophically? Vote Libertarian and we can talk philosophy. We have freedom of speech. unless Braun/BECKWITH wins. 8/11
