Think mid-term elections (2026) will save us? If trump is allowed to take office:
1) The judiciary will be gone. The SCOTUS bldg at 1 First NE, DC will be there, but rebranded as a trump hotel; 2 words summarize the judiciary to come: Aileen Cannon. 1/8

2) The 2020 election will be deemed to have been stolen & thus “void.” There’s no evidence it was stolen, but any challenge will end up at ... The Supreme Court. 2/8

3) Any actions President Biden has taken will be vacated. The most significant of these will be the only SCOTUS justice named to the Court, as well as any other judicial officers nominated by Pres Biden. Don’t like that? Take it to Court. 3/8

4) ALL programs to help the poor or the working class will be ended by decree. Any fund$ still on hand will be placed in a special account so that trump’s sons can invest them. In all fairness, it wasn’t their fault those investments failed & all the $ lost. [FN1] 4/8

5) SCOTUS will admonish any Blue State that:
A) says its constitution protects ppl, that the Supremacy clause (Art. VI, cl 2) overrides States’ laws; &
6) attempts to block a Red State from enforcing its laws w/in a Blue State (e.g., abortion bans), that Amend X protects that Red State. 5/8

7) Large-scale purges of registered voters in Blue States by the national GOP is a “political question” that, Justice Cannon will write in her opinion for the Court, cannot be reviewed per “The Chewbacca defense.” 6/8

We have an emergency, both national and global, if trump takes the oath. We still have time. Pres Biden can act on the national emergency already declared, i.e., Russian interference in our elections, and prevent trump from taking office. Otherwise, WRSF. [FN2] 7/8
