As the only pro-choice, pro-environment, pro-sep’n of church/State, pro-voting rts, anti-MAGA GOP nominee (meaning I won the primary) for ... well, any elective race, I neither sought nor expected GOP money or support. Indiana’s GOP still refers to trump as president. 1/5
Marion County’s GOP, though, has false information at indyrepublicans dot com Color photos of GOP nominees are displayed over that candidate’s name & the office s/he seeks. A photo of the nominee for District 87 is inaccurately listed as the nominee for IN House Distr 86. 2/5
The State GOP hasn’t replied to my request for a copy of the by-laws which, unlike the Articles of Incorporation and Rules, do not appear to be online. Any citizen has a right to documents of one of the two “major” political parties. The Marion County GOP once was a juggernaut. 3/5
The GOP supported women’s rights (Roe was written by a GOP nominee to SCOTUS), clean air & water (from Teddy Roosevelt through Nixon), sep’n of church & State (w/Mayor Hudnut who was a minister) and voting rts (from the 1950s on). I’m sick of these RINOs. They do not 4/5
