on 04/05/22, sd SB480 “protects our children from irreversible” damaging decisions & “banning these experimental procedures is critical” for future generations and that his office is “ready to defend it in court.” Second, Rokita was (& is) wrong about a lot of things. A) His office 2/7

wasn’t ready to defend the statute in court, as his office on 04/26 filed a motion to delay briefing. B) The premise of Rokita’s (& others of his ilk) view: gender dysphoria is made-up. But the district court notes that Gender dysphoria is a “mental-health diagnosis recognized in the” 3/7

5th Ed. of the DSM & can be diagnosed in pre-pubertal children, adolescents, or adults. (Dkt. 67, p. 3.) 3) None of the defendants (including Rokita) disputed this. 4) Court noted that at hearing, Defendants argued “regardless of any expert testimony”,the risks & uncertainties 4/7

ID’d by certain European countries justified 480's ban, but:most detrimental is that no European country cited by Defendants responded w/ban on puberty blockers & cross-sex hormone therapy. (Dkt 67, pp. 26-27.) I.e., Defendants cherry-picked studies..5) “Defendants' designated 5/7

Webb is a Delaware County Council (GOP) member who “came out” “not just [as] any woman but as a woman of color [] gay/lesbian as well.” If Webb is serious he can talk about a lifetime of being discriminated against. If this is meant as humor, Webb needs another line of work. 7/7
