In “Jaws” 2 kids prank people on the beach by swimming around with a fake dorsal fin. The kids break the surface with guns pointed at them. One kid says: “He made me!” It’s convenient to lay the blame on someone else. Tomorrow Indiana’s GOP holds its convention. 1/5

Brave souls of the GOP who defend rights (never intended) under the 2nd Amendment will allow attendees to have guns. Right? No, per “the policy of the Indiana State Fairgrounds, no firearms are permitted inside the coliseum.” The IN GOP isn’t to blame, it’s the Fairgrounds. 2/5

It appears the majority of the Indiana State Fair Commission, the people who run the 250 acres on Indy’s East side, owe their seats to GOP appointment. They can’t say their appointees made them do it. But guns kill people. People at the GOP convention don’t want to be killed. 3/5

The chicken excrements who control this iteration of the GOP care about their safety, not that of you & your loved ones. If they believe guns solve violence, they’d get rid of the ban & tote those long, hard weapons around for all to see. We need gun control. First step: don’t own one. 4/5
