The Platform for the 2022 IN GOP convention today at The Fairgrounds, proclaims the GOP is a “Party for All,” but header is contradicted by the contents. IN GOP is a “Party for All” that are white, gun-totin’, evangelicals with minds stuck in the ‘50s. “Core Beliefs”? 1/6

“We believe the First Amendment” is a nifty header for 1A “guarantees the freedom of religion, not from religion, and it protects political and religious speech.” The Establishment clause is freedom from religion. Speech is protected, so “religious speech” is a red flag. 2/6

IN GOP believes in 2A, but firearms are banned at Fairgrounds. GOP knows guns kill, they want to be safe and to hell w/the rest of us. IN GOP believes in “limited government” (p. 4), but extends its reign into a woman’s uterus. (p. 5) IN GOP believes in strong families that are 3/6

“based on marriage between a man and a woman.” (p. 5) IN GOP recognizes “some families are much more diverse, and we support the blended families...” Once SCOTUS dumps marriage equality, we’ll see how hollow those words are. Besides, under “A Party for All” are Indiana 4/6

GOP Mayors, Young Hoosiers, Women, Diverse Communities & Working Hoosiers. (p. 6) That GOP Mayors are listed, but non-white Hoosiers, Hoosiers w/disabilities, the homeless or other groups are absent says this GOP is not for “all.” It’s only for a minority. 5/6
