Some say this U.S. Supreme Court has no clear identity w/John Roberts, its Chief Justice, as past Courts. I disagree. The integrity is consistent. E.g., Justice Clarence Thomas is the latest: his billionaire buddy Harlan Crow pd tuition 4 Thomas’s grand nephew, raised by Thomas as 1/7

a son. Crow dissed any who question his largesse, saying he’s long attempted to help “at-risk youth.” A youth in Thomas’s household is “at-risk” if s/he fails to learn only a SCOTUS justice can enjoy & not report trips on private jets to exotic places. Fortunately Crow spirited 2/7

the youth away to private school & pd monthly tuition of several Grand. But wait! There’s more! The youth was at risk fr Thomas’s wife, who was active on January 6 in trying to overthrow our gov’t. “A lawyer shall not make a statement the lawyer knows to be false or w/reckless 3/7

disregard as to its” truth or falsity re: a judge’s qual’ns or integrity. Rule Prof Conduct 8.2. I’ve been suspended from practice for “no less than 1 year” for failure to return calls to a Client’s mom? To be blunt: neither Thomas nor the 3 most recent GOP nominees has integrity. 4/7

Gorsuch: had lucrative land deals w/head of a major law firm. Kavanaugh: may have committed more acts of sex’l battery than he attended keggers in undergrad. Barrett: members of the hall of fame of her alma mater, Rhodes College, sought to remove her: It is time to take “her at 5/7

her written, rather than spoken, word. And we believe that Justice Amy Coney Barrett is one of the biggest current threats to our fundamental rights, the stability of our nation, and our democracy.” Barrett is not fit to be on the Court, but is a fitting member of the Roberts Court. 6/7

Roberts, C.J., declined an invitation to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, but he has first-hand knowledge of questionable ethics. His wife made over 10 mil in fees from placing lawyers w/elite firms. This really is the Roberts Court. 7/7
