Suspended for a year yet the justice who denied an extension lacks the integrity to be on The Court

“What does Russia have to do with the suspension of your law license?” a friend asked after she read my last 2 blogs/tweets. In 2017 I represented Clients in Blumstein, et al v Pence, et al, 16-907, and Bailey et al. v. United States, 16-1464, & challenged validity of the 2016 election, 1/9

in part, on violation of the Invasion Clause of the Constitution, Art. IV, sec. 4: The United States shall protect each of the States against “Invasion.” Allegations we raised have not been refuted but have been validated, that Russia launched a cyber invasion to alter the 2016 election. 2/9

If an election is void, so are acts of its “victor.” 3 SCOTUS seats were filled by trump. We lost both cases, in 2017, but In 2022, in a case unrelated to either 2016's election or Russia, I was hired to draft & file a petition for writ of certiorari to SCOTUS. Surgery to replace my 3/9

left knee was moved from 11/30/21 & fr 2/8/22 due to COVID surges. I sought extension to file the petition w/in 10 days of the deadline for the extraordinary circumstance (as req’d) of surgery being moved. No one disputes surgery’s a legit “extraordinary” circumstance. Circuit Justice 4/9

(rules on emergency requests) for the 7th Circuit received the motion. Generally a judge’s clerk screens documents & ultimately the judge sees & rules. Amy Coney Barrett denied extension. It struck me as odd that the Indiana PD’s attention was drawn to a motion before fed courts. 5/9

Focus was on a typo & implications that mention of Russia’s invasion is crazy. I didn’t promptly return a Client’s mother’s phone calls. Hearing has not been mentioned for why the extension I sought was denied. To return to RPC 8.2's restrictions on lawyers’ statements concerning 6/9

qual’ns/integrity “of a judge”: 3 justices nominated by trump should be removed. Barrett, in her confirmation hearing, dodged calling Roe a super-precedent, one seen as untouchable, but said her opinion on Roe’s status “doesn’t mean that Roe should be overruled.” If she had 7/9

testified truthfully, she probably would have come up short of confirmation. This past week we heard of sweetheart land deals. (Gorsuch) Since confirmation we’ve learned Kavanaugh had a lot more complaints of harassment than were investigated. Each of trump’s nominees lacks 8/9

integrity. And btw I had that surgery on 4/20/22. I’m a pro choice, anti-TIF, anti-gun candidate in the GOP primary for City-Council District 2. I’m suspended from the practice law for a year & feel more free to say what I believe. I approve of this message. Hell, I wrote it. 9/9
