State of emergency: ID it & what can be done

How to solve a problem [FN1]:
A) Determine what’s broken; and B) Figure out how to fix it. [FN2]
There are a lot of directions from which people arrive to that “broken” part. [FN3] 1/10

trump holds office in violation of the Constitution in at least two ways:
1) Elections of 2016 & 2024 were hacked for his benefit [FN4]; and
2) trump participated in an insurrection on January 6, 2021. [FN5]
You may believe only one of these points and not the other. 2/10

trump is using the federal government to punish his enemies. Whatever trump or his toadies do will receive a stamp of approval from the most corrupt U.S. Supreme Court in history. The Framers of the Constitution didn’t foresee corruption of all three branches. 3/10

trump’s dispatched forces to arrest people who are not white. trump claimed ignorance (in the 2024 campaign) of Project 2025. It involves dismantling our government without bothering to amend the Constitution as required by the Constitution. [FN6] 4/10

ICE is getting more weapons for its masked thugs to use against U.S. citizens. trump wants red States to gerrymander out ANY Democratic Party office holders. [FN7] The national emergency we face is of a dictator who promised there will be no more elections. Six maga 5/10

Footnotes:
FN1. When you read “How to solve a problem,” if you muttered either “Obama” or “Biden,” you need to read no further. Congratulations! Turn off the computer, turn on the TV and scroll to the first pro wrestling show. Wait for an important message! 7/10

FN2. These also are elements of the most basic affirmative, a “traditional needs” case, in high school and intercollegiate debate where “policy debate” is, and has been since at least World War II, the dominant type.
FN3. Those who are offended by the tone and content of FN1 should read verbiage from “maga” world. 8/10

FN4. E.g., prior blogs here list items that support the conclusion that Const., Art. IV, sec 4 (“Invasion clause), was violated.
FN5. Const., Amend XIV, sec 3, prohibits from holding office one who has engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States. 9/10

FN6. Const. Art. V.
FN7. J.D. Vance was dispatched to Indiana to twist GOP arms for two more “red” seats in Indiana’s U.S. House delegation. Of nine Indiana seats only two are held by Democrats. 10/10
