Yesterday’s SCOTUS decision created law from thin air and is in conflict w/The Constitution. Justices are “bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” [FN1] Statute requires each swears/affirms to perform all duties under The Constitution. [FN2] Roberts, C.J. 1/14

ignored the text of The Constitution. [FN3] Art. II, §4 states a president can be removed from office for crimes. [FN4] Art. I, §3, clause 7 states that impeachment results in the president’s removal from office, but the Pres still can be prosecuted. [FN5] Please note: 2/14

A) I am/always have been a pacifist;
B) “maga” claims of “owning the libs” invariably involves deception.
C) GOP’s presumptive nominee for pres, like capos of all crime families, wants enemies to fear for their lives. [FN6][FN7] Possibilities? 3/14

1) Democratic Party rallies stalwarts, independents & escapees from GOP to save the Republic. The Oval Office stays “blue” & wins a majority in both houses. Unfortunately, a shutdown of gov’t occurs (filibusters) and SCOTUS 6 shoot down any bills they can. 4/14

2) trump/maga lose at ballot boxes, but w/bullet boxes finalize the Jan 6 coup. The numbers of people shot down or “disappeared” dwarfs Pinochet’s post-Allende thugs in Chile.
3) Both parties fight tough campaigns, but agree to work together ... Yeah, right. 5/14

4) Pres Biden, from The Oval Office, follows the guidelines laid out in the July 1, decision. People are identified as clear & present dangers. Biden names replacements to the courts. The new Supreme Court erases any trace of ... damn. What was his name? 6/14

In 1932, few took seriously a former corporal from Austria. Estimates of numbers of non-combat numbers dead start at 15 million: Jews, Slavs, Serbs, Germans, Czechs, Italians, Poles, French, Ukrainians; of handicapped, aged, sick, prisoners of war, forced laborers, 7/14

camp inmates, critics, homosexuals; of those who died in reprisal raids, forced labor, "euthanasia," starvation, exposure, medical experiments, and terror bombing, and in the concentration and death camps. [FN8] The genocidal bastard wrote “Mein Kampf.” 8/14

trump denied his first wife’s statements, in divorce proceedings, that he kept a copy of “Mein Kampf” in his night stand. [FN9] Others say the book was a volume of Hitler’s speeches. trump admires dictators & wants revenge. Roberts wrote how he can do it. 9/14
