Where the far left and far right overlap for fun and enlightenment

Fraud in 2016 election delivered a far-right SCOTUS we can't afford

A far right-wing minority in the USA should not be allowed to keep the benefits from trump’s fraudulent grab of the Oval Office in 2016. A few investors in Carlo Ponzi’s scheme in the early 1920s learned that even those acting in good faith don’t get to keep such profits. In 1976, 1/6

a U.S. District Court held ordering a new Pres election is not beyond equity jurisdiction of the federal courts. Protecting the integrity of elections, esp Presidential contests, is essential to a free & democratic society. Donohue v Bd of Electors, 435 F.Supp 957 (E.D.N.Y. 1976) 2/6

For an election be declared void it must be shown that: 1) Fraud occurred & 2) affected election’s outcome. 435 F. Supp. at 966. Yesterday’s indictment cites acts of fraud meant to shield trump from adverse publicity & its effects on tfg in the 2016 election. trump lost the popular vote 3/6

in 2016 by over 3 million. He had more electors’ votes than Sec. Clinton due to a few thousand votes’ difference in a few States. Since then the Court has canted hard-right. We can’t tolerate a Court intent on keeping power for a minority. In Ponzi’scheme, the few who made $ 4/6

had to give $ back. This isn’t a game, like Univ of Louisville forfeiting an NCAA championship in men’s basketball & each year is a new season. Here: rights disappea at the hands of the trump Court. Fraud nullifies benefits from that fraud: trump’s 3 justices should resign. 5/6

I’m Mark Small, pro-choice, anti-TIF, anti-gun, pro civil rights GOP candidate for Indy/Marion County City County Council District 2. I approve of this message. Hell, I wrote it. 6/6

"Canted?"  Me thinks you're using that term wrong.
