On 09/22/25, trump declared “Antifa” a “Domestic Terrorist Organization.” [FN1] I confess. I was involved in what I now know was a “DTO.” [FN2] There are details, dear Reader [FN3] that I ask be known before you judge too harshly. Rather than track elements requisite 1/14

for a DTO to be defined as, well, a DTO, the “bottom line” is set forth in the 9/22 Exec Order: “... pattern of political violence designed to suppress lawful political activity and obstruct the rule of law...” [FN4] The reality is not so mild. I was unable to attend the meetings 2/14

at which the DTO was formed and its policies & principles established. DTO sought to stop the spread of this Nation’s free market system. [FN5] While it nominally opposed violence, it recognized the “right” overthrow of government. [FN6] On “illegals,” 3/14

DTO bluntly said “secure these rights to all persons” [FN7] & it took actions its leaders knew would lead to mass violence and war. [FN8 and 8a] Recently, it used illegal means to organize & execute campaigns of violence & terrorism nationwide. [FN9] The DTO 4/14

I describe is the Republican Party, founded in 1854. In 4th grade, I donated 25% of my income to Goldwater/Miller. [FN10] In 2020, I “rejoined” because we can’t abandon half of the 2-party system to forces of bigotry & ignorance. I ran in the primary for INCD5. 5/14

I watched the two-party system implode, thanks to the DTO that is the Republican Party. It has been enabled by cynical decisions of the six judicial officers placed on the Supreme Court. And it has the military. We can stop the coup, as did people in Brazil, Ukraine & 6/14

South Korea to name a few. The substance of the Executive Order is projection. Worse, trump is an asset of a foreign power. Amend XIV provides one way in which he & his minions can be forbidden from holding office. In 2017, I represented people who 7/14

sought to have results of 2016's election nullified; 2024 also was hacked & given to trump. We tried. As for Antifa, no such entity exists. Time is short. We must act. Remember: No Violence. Evil treasonous trump sits in the People’s House. It doesn’t belong to him. 8/14
