A person posted her complaint that people of the Democratic Party should be more positive & support the attacks on Iran ordered last weekend. One complimented hers as a voice of reason & compared trump’s actions to those of President Obama in May, 2011. 1/10

Stop right there. Pres Obama’s actions were lawful & relied upon the AUMF [FN1] enacted by Congress in 2001. Pres Obama’s construction of that statute as applicable to his administration’s actions was “adopted by the D.C. Circuit and [] endorsed 2/10

by Congress in 2011.” [FN2] Osama bin Laden was behind 9/11's attacks. [FN3] The weekend’s attacks responded to trump poll numbers plummeting. It’s unlikely attacks would have been necessary had trump not dumped the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), 3/10

a/k/a the Iran nuclear deal. [FN4] trump’s real problem w/the Iran nuclear deal had nothing to do w/its merits, but that the deal was a product of the administration of President Obama. A common maga [FN5] response to criticism of trump is to diagnose “tds.” [FN6] 4/10

A proper diagnosis is racism: trump’s. Also we should recognize that trump took office in 2017 in complicity w/a hostile foreign power. We are occupied. We must re-set to the day before 2016's election. Actions taken 1/20/17 to 1/20/21 & 1/20/25 to now are void. 5/10

That includes trump’s placement of three whores on SCOTUS. Any changes must be non-violent, but our free elections are things of the past. “Positive” sentiments should be unwelcome in a dictatorship. 6/10
