SEO [FN1] leads many searches to one conclusion: allegations of interference in the elections of 2024 & 2020 elections are, and should be treated, the same. [FN2] Few can argue that an end to a chaos, visited on us each day since 2015, is not only welcome, but deserved. 1/15
Implicitly, we are to view the two political parties as opponents in a game. Vice President Harris lost this general election to trump, who is magnanimous & moves into the Oval Office to do the business of this country. Only one outcome is guaranteed. 2/15
If trump takes office on 1/20, at trump’s disposal will be the full force of the executive branch; & after that, trump’s imposition of a dictatorship is not guaranteed, but is a safe bet & changes the nature of our government. That violates the Constitution [FN3] & the oath of office. [FN4] 3/15
The Constitution cannot be amended by someone because that person claims to have won the latest election. [FN5] Laws allow the President to exercise emergency powers; trump helped create the emergency, [FN6] immigration, that he’ll address in >a month. 4/15
We have no national security when a Russian asset is in the Oval Office.
We should consider trump’s vows to exact revenge & settle old scores. [FN7]. That’s where the election of 2020 enters. As dictator trump can toss 2020's results. 5/15
A national emergency exists: a person disqualified, by Amend XIV, sec 3 [FN8] will take the oath of office on Jan 20. That provision was written in the aftermath of the Civil War. “Congress needed to have something in the Constitution to deal w/future insurrections.” [FN9] 6/15
The Jan 6, 2021, insurrection was fomented by trump. Under Amend XIV, sec 3, trump is, and should be deemed, unfit for office - as should any officials, Federal or State, who participated in the events of that day, because trump in office will carry out revenge. 7/15
The “revenge” would take form in such actions as removing any persons who gained office by Pres Biden’s appointment, won election in 2020, and trump’s filling those offices with people who, if consistent w/trump’s other nominees this time around, seek to destroy. 8/15
When magaGOP “get away” w/things via their lies, they laugh because they view the rule of law as silly and, if followed by the USA’s leaders, a weakness. That is why every measure under law, including Pres Biden’s exercise of Emergency powers, needs to be taken. 9/15
Otherwise, people will die. A dictatorship set up by trump on 1/20 would be permanent. At stake are billions of lives and the continuance of the country. Pres Biden’s exercise of authoritarian power would at least have the stated goal of being temporary, for a couple of reasons. 10/15
Pres Biden acts in the best interests of this country. trump acts as he does because he’s Putin’s puppet. trump doesn’t want to be tossed out any windows. Hey! Before I forget, remember to follow Cassie Jackson on Facebook! 11/15
