2) The attacks on Iran & Venezuela violate international law. The U.N. Charter prohibits the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any country. [FN4] The USA is a signatory to the UN Charter. [FN5] Treaties are the law. [FN6] 2/16

3) Innocent people have been murdered at trump’s direction. “Murder” is te “unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought.” [N7] Little girls were killed, in the first hours of the attacks on Iran, by a U.S. missile. [FN8] 3/16

4) The Reichstag conflagration is tyrants’ friend. Newly-named German Chancellor Adolf Hitler needed a crisis to grab complete power. [FN9] On 2/27/1933, a fire destroyed the building that housed Germany’s legislature & gave him the excuse he needed. [FN10] 4/16

5) The American people can’t plead not guilty by reason of trump’s insanity. Our access to the truth is restricted, but neither ignorance of the law, nor the cynical “complete immunity” given by Roberts’ SCOTUS to trump, is a defense. [FN11] That’s important. 5/16

6) Any such defense that trump, et al, might cite was shot down, well, by at Nuremburg. A U.S. capital ship sunk by an Iranian missile is a very real possibility. Aircraft carriers are obsolete, but make old men in Congress feel safe. [FN12] Those carriers make us less safe. 6/16

Other countries don’t hate us because we are “free.” They hate us because we over throw their governments or bomb them (from carriers) if they don’t like the kind of freedom that we tell them they have to take (at gunpoint as we take their natural resources). 7/16

trump is doing Russia’s bidding & is having people killed in violation of both the Constitution & international law. It’s illegal for a member of the U.S. armed forces to obey an illegal order. [FN13] We can’t wait so long that a carrier is sunk. 8/16
