Shut down the Courts: everyone invoke their rights to trial by jury

We have few defenses against heavily armed, masked thugs who drag people away. People wear masks so they can’t be identified. The “bad guys” (e.g., bank robbers) don’t want to get caught. The only “good guys” who wear masks are in comic books and works of fiction. 1/9

“Rule of law” means every person is subject to the law. [FN1] That standard was fundamental to our system of justice. At the State of the Union, Tony Soprano could have played the part of the POTUS, thanking the Chief Justice of SCOTUS. This is not cosmetic. 2/9

The Court has conferred upon the president immunity for anything trump does in office. When the lawsuits against the thugs of ice percolate to the higher courts, count on the Chief Justice of the most corrupt SCOTUS in history to have the other five in line. 3/9

That’s why the People must shut down the system by doing the one thing that scares the shit out of court administrators everywhere:
Demand your right, protected by the Constitution, to a fast and speedy trial by jury. [FN2] 4/9

If you face criminal charges in federal or State courts, the U.S. Constitution protects your right to fast and speedy jury trial. There are similar provisions in most State constitutions. Look that up on line or in the law library nearest to where you might reside. Also realize: 5/9

1) There might be deadlines. [FN3] You must make sure you do this asap.
2) Only you can waive your rights, but make sure no one can say you acquiesced (went along with) what your counsel or the court have done. 6/9

3) If you have received a speeding ticket, demand a jury.
4) If you have a small claims court case, demand a jury.
People can object to the most corrupt SCOTUS in history by invoking our rights under the Constitution. 7/9
