Removal of trump from office is not enough

Tomorrow, nation-wide, people will protest are against forces that have plunged this country into crisis of a type & force not seen since 1860. What I am about to write will bum some people out, but this all must be said. [FN1] It will not be enough to remove trump from office. 1/10

Elements of what is called the Republican Party (“GOP”) began to use the mechanism of electors in a cynical grab for control of the Oval Office in 2000. [FN2] The Framers never intended Art II of the Constitution to be played to give the loser a win. [FN3] 2/10

Pres Bush II should not have taken office. [FN4] That 2016's election was stolen by Russia is obvious to the rest of the World and by many in ths country. [FN5] The evidence of hacking in the 2024 election is clear. Putin got what he wanted in his puppet trump. 3/10

Removal of trump from office will not be enough. Vance simply could take trump’s place & then step aside in favor of trump. If the ticket would be removed, it could be restored by the most corrupt Supreme Court in U.S. history. [FN6] What must be done: 4/10

1) Removal of trump and Vance from office on one or more of several grounds including their grab of office via treason & fraud.
2) Declaration that any actions or appointments, including judicial appointments, by trump, or others acting on his behalf, are void. 5/10

3) Barring from holding political office, for life, any gov’t office holders who aided in the Jan 6 insurrection. [FN7]
That’s a lot to comprehend. The alternative? Letting those who helped try to destroy this country remain in office so they can continue. 6/10

FN1. I try always to footnote. Given the time crunch, I might have to provide cites later. Most of the events & publications I’ll reference today are matters of which I have first-hand knowledge or have been in previous posts here. 7/10

Footnotes:
FN2. Bush v Gore, 531 U.S. 98 (2000), is competently shredded as crap by the late Vincent Bugliosi in his book “The Betrayal of America.”
FN3. In The Federalist Nos. 68 and 69, Alexander Hamilton explains how electors are a way to prevent a person who is incompetent, corrupt, or under control of a foreign power from taking the office of President. 8/10

Footnotes:
FN4. George W Bush, after a loss in 2000, probably would not have won the GOP nomination in 2004. As it was, irregularities, favoring the GOP ticket, were apparent in the 2024 election.
FN5. That hacking was addressed in two SCOTUS cases, Bailey, et al v United States, et al, 16-1464 (2017) and Blumstein, et al v. Pence, et al, 16-907 (2017). 9/10
