Brad’s out there following Phish (I think that’s a band) and that leaves Drew Weingarten and me to talk about guns. By “gun” we mean “firearm,” and that is “any weapon [ ] which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; the frame or receiver of any such weapon.” 18 U.S.C. §921.
“Guns” means plural, i.e., > 1. Some paths for discussion?
Drew believes the 2nd Amendment protects his personal right & that extends to his having as many guns as he wants.
