Kroger Pharmacy/Nora came through for me several times over the last few years. Staff saved me money, expedited orders and shone through as professionals concerned more about people in of prescriptions and questions about health.

On Monday I called in a prescription refill. The recording said I could pick it up the next day, but I was told it is on back-order. I returned the next & received the same response: back-order.I called the pharmacy the next day, was told the same thing.

I pointed out I that I contacted other pharmacies and they had no backlog. I then was told to switch my prescription to that vendor. This is crap. Avoid this pharmacy.
