IN’s Lt Gov [FN1] posted cheeky insults that were re-posted on the SnydeReport [FN2] & the topic chosen by Le Merde de Poulet [FN3]: IN’s Democratic Party’s nomination of Beau Bayh for Sec’y of State (“SoS”), [FN4] who would be IN’s chief elections officer. [FN5] 1/15

The election for SoS is higher profile than usual: IN’s Democratic Party can win its 1st Statewide office since 2012, [FN6] after IN’s Gen’l Assembly ignored trump tantrums & refused to re-draw U.S. House lines. [FN7] The GOP incumbent is seen as “vulnerable.” [FN8] 2/15

IN’s #2 made several comments. One wonders, was #2 lying or simply stupid? [FN9] Example:
“Democrat SoS candidate Beau Bayh isn’t even from Indiana.” That’s an easy one to check. Mr Bayh was born at St Vinnie’s, on 86th Street. That’s in Indy. [FN10] Next up... 3/15

“How is it that the party against outside oligarchs now have all their hopes and dreams to make Indiana like California in (sic) the poster child for silver spoon oligarchs.” One problem with the ramblings of a hate-filled imbecile is trying to discern if s/he’s uttered any facts. 4/15

Fed law placed limitations on concentrations of wealth & unfair market practices, via the Sherman Antitrust Act, written by a Republican [FN11] and the Clayton Antitrust Act, written by a Democrat. [FN12] Those statutes, and cases that construe them, address monopolies 5/15

and unfair market practices. They do mention neither “oligarchs” nor any type of flatware. Since a “silver spoon” is associated w/wealth inherited by people who otherwise lack skills to acquire it, Mr Bayh is unlikely for such a label. He born in an advantaged home, but undergrad 6/15

& law degrees fr Harvard are no longer given to legacies. And when he could have taken a “pass” on military service, he enlisted in the Marines. [FN13] There’s a bevy of privileged children w/o brains who suck up wealth. Their putative father resides (for now) in DC at 7/15

at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, a mansion once spiffy, but now, not so much. And people in the Democratic Party argue amongst themselves. That’s called free speech, and wasn’t allowed in the NSDAP. Nor is it allowed in the magaGOP. I approve of this blog. Hell, I wrote it. 8/15
