I’ve written how trump obtained office w/Russian help. The Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act, passed by veto-proof majorities in House & Senate in 2017, noted Putin, in 2012, aimed to influence our 2016 elections. trump’s call to “stop the steal” is projection. 2/5

The Pres election stolen was 2016. To call for the death of those who linked his 2016 campaign to Russia would be quite a list. He refers to no law to authorize the execution. However, trump could face that punishment. 18 U.S.C. 2381 provides punishment for treason. 3/5

That person “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years ... and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” Freedom of speech is a right & we can say trump colluded w/Russia in 2016. A right can’t be punished by death. 4/5
