the document trump swore to “preserve, protect and defend” [FN3] Monday morning away from the elements. Titled “PROTECTING THE MEANING AND VALUE OF AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP” (sic) the order falsely asserts “the Fourteenth Amendment has never been 2/10

interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States.” In fact the plain language of Amend XIV, sec 1, [FN4] has been settled by a long line of cases. [FN5] A good test is about to play out. Disputes over such matters should be resolved in Court. 3/10

Specifically, the Roberts Court can decide the case. [FN6] So do you call it “heads” (trump is right & has that power) or “tails.” Here, tails = the Court deems this a “political question” [FN7] and does nothing, as in zilch, zero, zip. What!? They can duck & trump wins. 4/10

The American people win! Well, not all of us, just the ones w/enough $$$ to pay off the right (as in “right wing”) officials. Of course one has to wonder about citizenship for RUSSIAN “anchor babies,” born of Russian mommies in condos sold by trump. Are you angry yet? 5/10

The Fraternal Order of Police is pissed off because trump pardoned Jan 6 people who killed or wounded police, as trump promised long before an election in which - ready for it? - the FOP endorsed trump! The Constitution is dead. Democrats missed a chance to 6/10
