NC lawyers seek to block Cawthorn from the ballot for re-election based on the insurrection clause of Amend XIV and Cawthorn’s support of the January 6 insurrection. Mr Bopp was counsel on Citizens United and is the incorporator of the Indiana GOP. 3/5
