<p>Still waiting for that theory of jurisprudence that would prevent judges from simply writing their own policy preferences into our law via the guise of interpreting the Constitution and statutes. Of course, this is okay with Mark when those policies are liberal ones but when they're conservative...well that's not allowed. Mark has contempt for legislative bodies. He would much rather be governed by an oligarchy of black robed jurists than elected representatives of the people. Or…</p>

No reason to consult the people on which laws are best when you got a King around to tell you. To simplify Mark's argument: Kings & Judges = Smart. People = Dumb.</p>
