Any amendment proposed by the Constitutional Convention would still have to be approved by 3/4 of the states to be effective. You know how hard it is to get 3/4 of state legislatures to agree to an amendment? It's only happened 17 times in our nation's 235 year history. (Not counting the Bill of Rights which were adopted by ratifying conventions). Crazy proposals are never going to get the 3/4 approval needed to become part of our Constitution. You're worried about NOTHING.</p>
