  newly-formed not-for-profit Children and Law Policy Initiatives. Ms. 
 Craig also is co-chair of the Education Committee of the Greater India
 napolis NAACP. She taught science for 37 years and also served in seve
 ral positions as a school administrator.\n   Kevin Davis is the Chie
 f Operating Officer of the Indiana Public Schools Charter Association.
  Mr. Davis has been a teacher and principal in the Carmel and Speedway
  public schools systems. He has played key roles in the start-ups of c
